Ukrainian public organization Ukrainian Association of Retired Persons declares raider occupation of the premises, propperty and documents of the association by the unknown.

It is mentioned in the appeal of Volodymyr Dzyobak to the public prosecutor's office of Podolsk district.

According to Mr. Dzyobak theorganization has been renting the premises under the agreement since 2006. The premises are situated at the following address: Nyzhniy Val Str. 21, Kyiv and its balance holder is state enterprise Ukrainian center of forestry consulting and logistics Ukrliskonsalting.

When the question of lease extending and transfer of property arose, the organization appealed to the balance holder with reconciliation of deeds.

The balance holder did not coordinated the deeds and did not respond to our appeal as well. Accordingly, Ukrainian public organization Ukrainian Association of Retired Persons kept on legitimate use of real estate under lease dated 2006. Thus the legitimacy of property use was challenged by balance holder in the Commercial Court. The balance holder filed a lawsuit against us on the 16^th of December. But no decision was taken by the court”,  stated Mr. Dzyobak.  

Despite this the balance holder attempted to seize the leased premises by force with the help of private security firm Perun-06 on the evening of January the 26^th.

The unknown persons supported by the private security firms began to change the doorlocks of the premises. We were forced to seek help of the police. Despite the presentation of original documents proving our leasehold, the lawlessness did not stop", - said Dzyobak.

As a result, the part of our staff had to stay the whole night at the office in their jobs to keep the tangible property and papers of the association.

The lawlessness continued up to the morning of the 27^th of January. During that day the unidentified persons who did not present any evidence in support of their powers, represented themselves to be the representatives of the balance holder. They impeded strongly the normal operation of our organization, entered the cabinets without any permission and threatened our staff, "- said Dzyobak.

He added that the raiders  broke willfully the seal on the electric shield and repeatedly turned off the light repeatedly.

At the end of the day the members of the association were brought by force by the persons in paramilitary form, preventing the staff to come up to their jobs. During all these events we have repeatedly called the police, who just recorded the facts, but no action of suspension of iniquity was not committed.

When the staff of Ukrainian Association of Retired Persons tried to take their working places on the 30^th of January, they were not allowed to enter the premises. As a result, the work of the association was paralyzed. Normal activities of the organization is impossible without access to the documents, communications and computers.

"In the view of the above stated, the actions of employees and management of the state enterprise Ukrainian center of forestry consulting and logistics Ukrliskonsalting can be observed as crimes, specified at the Articles No. 341, 355, 356 and 357 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. We ask to check the facts stated in the application and give us back our property as well as sue the perpetrators to justice under the current legislation, "- reported  in a statement.

As is known, the state enterprise Ukrliskonsalting is subordinated directly to the State Forestry Agency of Ukraine, headed by the representative of the Party of Regions Viktor Sivets.
