Intelligence: Militants Keep Artillery in Violation of the Minsk Agreements
The Ukrainian intelligence has recorded a build-up of rebel artillery with a calibre of over 100-mm in violation of the Minsk agreements, the Chief Department of the Intelligence Service reports.
"The Ukrainian party has informed OSCE that enemy artillery systems with a calibre of over 100 mm were discovered near Seleznivka, Petrivske and Sontseve, which is a violation of the Minsk agreement," a statement reads.
