Для малого і середнього бізнесу сьогодні закриті економічні ліфти у цілих галузях економіки, бо з кожним роком сфери зацікавленості олігархії збільшуються, перекриваючи кисень усім іншим.

Russia seeking to change the wording of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine

Russia will have made specific suggestions on possible corrections to the basic Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine and the Appendix before a ministerial meeting on September 12, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Aleksey Ulyukaev said in an interview with journalists, as reported by RIA Novosti.

"We are talking about specific amendments that have to be introduced to the text of the agreement and I would not rule out a possibility of selective corrections to the text of the basic agreement", he said.

Trilateral consultations on the implementation of the Association Agreement were launched in May 2014.

Convoys of materiel moving from Russia: 100 units to Telmanove, and 16 to Dmytrivka

Russia continues to transfer military equipment to regions along the border with Ukraine, and shell Ukrainian service members from its territory.

"Artillery fire has been resumed from the Russian territory. In particular, positions of Ukrainian marines near the settlement of Makarove have been fired upon", the ATO press centre reports.

"Also, positions and roadblocks of ATO forces near the settlements of Novosvetovka and Vergunsk passing track have been fired at. The Donezk airport was shelled by BM-21 Grad volley fire systems twice in the past 24 hours", the agency said.

"We have received information on a convoy moving from the territory of the Russian Federation via the settlement of Dibrovka toward Dmytrivka, which consists of 6  Grad systems, 8 KAMAZ trucks", and 2 "Ural" trucks carrying military personnel",  the agency said.

13 killed, 36 others wounded in the past 24 hours

13 military died, and 36 others were injured in the area of the anti-terrorist operation, a spokesman for the Ukrainian National Security and Defence Council information centre (NSDC) Andriy Lysenko reported at a briefing.

"Green men" with white armbands arranged a roadblock in Kolosky

Armed men with distinctive Russian accent wearing a uniform without any insignia turned up this weekend in the village of Kolosky in Eastern Ukraine, Russian Reuters says.

On Thursday, they established a fortified roadblock there arising suspicions among local residents.

According to two witnesses, unidentified military  shared dry rations with inscriptions in Russian in Kolosky, and had white armbands on the sleeves identical to those worn by 10 paratroopers, who were detained by Ukrainian servicemen in Dzerkalne, about 7 kilometers away from Kolosky.

Putin on the paratroopers detained in Ukraine: they were patrolling border areas

Russia's President Vladimir Putin has commented on the incident with the Russian paratroopers detained in Ukraine. According to him, they were patrolling the border and could have landed in the Ukrainian territory by mistake.

On Monday, the Security Service of Ukraine said that they had detained ten Russian paratroopers with weapons and documents on the border with the Russian Federation.

The detained Russian soldiers claim they did not know where and why they were going.
