Для малого і середнього бізнесу сьогодні закриті економічні ліфти у цілих галузях економіки, бо з кожним роком сфери зацікавленості олігархії збільшуються, перекриваючи кисень усім іншим.

Cegolko: 8 more service members have been freed from captivity

8 more troopers were freed from rebel's captivity in Donetsk on Tuesday, Press Secretary of the President of Ukraine Svyatoslav Zeholko said in an interview with " Interfax-ukraine ".

Insurgents shell Ukrainians even civic population more intensively these days

Insurgents' attacks and their reconnaissance and sabotage activities in Donbas region are becoming more and more intensive despite of the cease-fire, the head of the group "Information Resistance" Dmytro Tymchuk posted on his  Facebook. wall early on September 16.

Also, according to him, "movements of Russian divisions have been detected near the settlement of Volnovakha".

Tymchuk also reported that positions of the Ukrainian Army were constantly shelled near the town of Schastya in Lugansk region.

"The situation in Donetsk remains very tense; positions of Ukrainian troops near the Donetsk airport are attacked almost non-stop," the IR announced.

Tymchuk: The rebels establish "commandant's offices" and hunt for those not wanting to fight

Pro-Russian insurgents and Russian service members have started establishing military commandant's offices in the occupied areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, the head of the group "Information Resistance" Dmytro Tymchuk posted on his  Facebook. wall on September 16.

Purgin: Poroshenko's legislation is no legislation for the PRD rebels

Three people killed, 5 wounded in Donetsk

3 people were killed in Donetsk in the past 24 hours, the official site of the Donetsk City Hall reports.

As of 9.30 a.m., the situation in the city is very tense, but there's no fighting, the city hall states.

UNO: More than 3170 people have been killed in eastern Ukraine

As of 11 September, at least 3171 people have died as a result of hostilities going on in the east of Ukraine; there are 27 children among the dead, the report of the UN Office on human rights reads.

Also, 8061 people have been injured including 56 children.

As of 12 September, according to the report, there are 5,1 million people living in the conflict area. 262,977 people have been displaced to other regions of Ukraine; 366,866 people have moved abroad.

The office said that the access to the conflict area was seriously complicated for most humanitarian missions.

3 soldiers killed and 2 others wounded in the past 24 hours in the ATO area

3 Ukrainian service members were killed and 2 others wounded in the past 24 hours in the ATO area, a spokesman for the National Security and Defence Council Andriy Lysenko said on Tuesday.

"3 Ukrainian servicemen were killed and 2 others wounded", he said.

At the same time, Lysenko was not able to provide information on how many people had died the day before.

Bus was attacked in Donetsk, one woman died

Fighting continues in Donetsk; at least one person has been killed as a result of an artillery attack on a city bus, the official site of the Donetsk City Hall reports.  The situation remains tense, it says. 

Terrorists in Donetsk have seized the buildings of the Consulates of Poland and the Czech Republic

The terrorists and Russian military continue to seize administrative buildings in Donetsk, a spokesman for the Ukrainian National Security and Defence Council Andriy Lysenko reported at a briefing on Tuesday.

According to him, they seized on Monday the Olympic sports complex, the buildings of Administrative Court of Donetsk region as well as those of the Consulates of Poland and the Czech Republic.

It may be recalled that the terrorists kidnapped and killed the Honorary Consul of Lithuania Mykola Zelenez in Lugansk this August.

Gunmen have banned Ukrainian Language and History at Lugansk schools

The militants have banned teaching History of Ukraine, Ukrainian Language and Literature at educational establishments of Lugansk, a spokesman for the Ukrainian National Security and Defence Council Andriy Lysenko reported at a briefing on Tuesday.

"The self-proclaimed "new government" has requested to replace all the information written in Ukrainian on bulletin boards with Russian one," he added.

Despite of this, according to him, pupils still use textbooks issued in Ukraine.

In addition, the terrorists force the employees of city's government agencies to study the Russian legislation.

NATIONAL SECURITY AND DEFENSE COUNCIL: Ethnic Slavs refuse to fight against Ukrainians

Russian servicemen - ethnic Slavs - near Mariupol are replaced by servicemen of other non-Slavic nationalities, a spokesman for the National Security and Defence Council Andriy Lysenko said on Tuesday.

"According to the intelligence service, Russian servicemen- ethnic Slavs – stationed near Mariupol are replaced by soldiers of other nationalities, since they have been refusing to fight against Ukrainians", he said.
