But I have not worked for 3 years. I worked for 2 months. All documents have been made there. I worked under a contract, and all documents from the institute come."
At the Pension fund the woman has got an explanation: absence of the documents. You need to wait till they’ll be returned from the accounting department. But the money was already withdrawn from her pension. And it is your fault – you needed to inform about your hiring and dismissal. But why citizens must to go to the Pension fund instead of employers? Officials were not able to explain. After all, there is a special electronic system which collects all data about the employees since 2004.

And exactly these amendments envisaged that for working pensioners pension is not recalculated when changing subsistence. If she does not report about the work and pension was recalculated, it is this difference between the size and the sum of overpayments."
Recalculation is made only to those who worked less than a month and private entrepreneurs who receive income. And people who work in the elections or under civil contracts without the monthly wages. If the money from the person nevertheless pulled off as overly paid, it can be checked whether legitimately they did it.
Volodymyr Dziobak, Chairman of the Board of Ukrainian Association of Retired Persons: "The best is the fact that in pension funds are so-called information boxes where you can go and check the status of your retirement account, see where have been made deductions, what it shows and so on. Moreover, a pensioner can go to the local pension fund, and there obliged to provide for any retiree the necessary documents."
If you were refused to provide this reference or to recount correctly, you should write a statement asking to explain the deduction. And it should be registered in the incoming correspondence department. If a response is not received within a month – apply to a court.
