The liberation of Uglegorsk has allowed the Ukrainian Army to finally block enemy's factions in the area. According to Tymchuk, positions of ATO forces are constantly shelled, including constant bombardments from the Russian territory.

Red Cross has not yet been provided with a list of Russian items

The Red Cross has not received complete information about the content of the Russian humanitarian convoy heading for Ukraine, the coordinator of public relations ICRC in Kiev Andre Lorsch said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

The Committee received two official messages from Russia on Thursday. The first one informed, the convoy headed for Ukraine, and the second one came after a few hours and told about the contents of the convoy.

"We have received a general description of the convoy, but we need some additional and more accurate information about what precisely these trucks are carrying", said Lorsch.

According to him, the whereabouts of the column is still unknown. It is also not clear, when it will reach the border of Ukraine.

Lorsch said that the Committee kept in touch with both parties. "We carry on negotiations in Moscow and in Geneva", in particular with Russian Red Cross representatives, as well as with diplomats of the Russian Federation.

In turn, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that humanitarian aid would not be loaded out on other trucks and the column would reach its destination point. The trucks should have Ukrainian number plates fixed on them, he added.
