Tymchuk: Militants broke truce agreements at least five times overnight
The militants in Donbas region continue to break "the truce"; positions of Ukrainian military were shelled at least five times in the past 24 hours, the head of the group "Information Resistance" Dmytro Tymchuk posted on his Facebook wall on Tuesday morning.
"Additionally, intensive transferring of fuel intended for the Russian occupants in Donbas has been detected recently. The fuel was delivered by tank trucks from the territory of the Russian Federation", Tymchuk said.
Tymchuk: Russia concentrates its forces near Novoazovsk and Kherson region
"According to operational data of the "Information Resistance" group, Russian troops continue to deploy forces near Novoazovsk," Dmytro Tymchuk posted on his Facebook wall.
"At least 180 units of military equipment have been brought over there from the territory of Russia (tanks, armoured personnel carriers, as well as a few Grad volley fire systems), he reported.
In addition, Russian troops are massed on the border in the north of the Crimea.
Militants draw up materiel and prepare a breakthrough to Lysychansk
The militants prepare to break through defence lines of liberated Lysychansk; intensive relocations of rebel forces have been detected near Lysychansk and Alchevsk, TSN news reports.
Brzezinski: Ukraine needs to be given weapons
President Barack Obama's adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski calls for providing Ukraine with arms, Deutsche Welle reports.
"We have to support Ukraine by giving arms not for attacking Russia, but for self-defence", Brzezinski said.

Military prosecutors questioned senior officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Dnepropetrovsk in connection with an investigation into the Illovaysk tragedy in Donetsk region, Prosecutor General Vitaliy Yarema said in Kyiv on Wednesday, as reported by "Interfax-Ukraine".
Russian authorities have refused to talk with Amnesty International about Donbas
The Russian government refused to meet with representatives of "Amnesty International" to discuss the situation in the east of Ukraine, Secretary General of the international human rights organization Salil Shetty said according to the radio station "Echo of Moscow".
According to him, Amnesty International has some evidence to prove that Russia has been involved in the armed confrontation in Ukraine; however, the Moscow officials ignored a proposal to hold consultations without providing reasons for doing so.
These data were given by Amnesty International representatives to the leadership of Ukraine in a meeting with the Prime Minister and the Prosecutor General in Kyiv.
Poroshenko: 70% of Russia's troops have been withdrawn from the territory of Ukraine
President Petro Poroshenko announced that Russia had withdrawn 70% of its troops from the territory of Ukraine.
He announced this data at a meeting with the Cabinet on Wednesday referring to the Ukrainian intelligence office.
ATO press-centre: Ukrainian Army did not suffer any losses overnight despite of shelling
No serviceman involved in the ATO was killed last night, ATO press centre reported on 10 July.
"However, positions and roadblocks controlled by our army were shelled six times”, it says.
In spite of that, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to abide by the ceasefire agreements, the office stressed.
