The sixth Russian "humanitarian convoy" is already in Ukraine heading for Donetsk

Ten trucks of the Russian Emergency Ministry carrying fuel and medicine accomplished customs clearance and are on their way to Donetsk, RIA Novosti reports

This is the sixth convoy carrying "humanitarian aid". The fourth column delivered to Donetsk and Lugansk so-called "humanitarian aid” on October 31, and the fifth - on November 2.

The Council of the National Security and Defence of Ukraine have repeatedly announced that Russian trucks entered into Ukraine violating international norms and without proper inspection. Also, according to the National Security Council, part of Russian cargo was intended for the rebels rather than peaceful population.


Militants fired at an ATO roadblock in the village of Mykolayivka and the airport; 3 soldiers wounded

Militants mortared an ATO roadblock located in Mykolayivka, Donetsk region and bombarded the Donetsk airport overnight,  ATO press centre reported on the morning of 4 November.

"The night in Lugansk passed quietly. No shell strikes on positions of ATO forces were observed in the sector," the statement reads.

"Rebels mortared our roadblock located in the settlement of Mykolayivka in Donetsk region at night and fired at the Donetsk airport using machine-guns and grenade-launchers", the press centre informs.

Tymchuk: Russian military arrive in Donetsk, and pretend to be locals

Russian military have arrived in Petrovsky district of Donetsk, disguising under local population, and wearing a uniform with the "PRD" insignia, Dmytro Tymchuk wrote on his  Facebook Wall on the morning of November 4.

According to him, "local rebels received an order from the Russian General Headquarters to establish no contact - under no conditions - with Russian servicemen coming over".

Russia deploys "Іskanders" along the border with Ukraine and draws up materiel to Donbas

Russia has deployed its "Iskander"missile launchers along the border with Donetsk region of Ukraine, as well as continues to gather equipment in Donbas, Dmytro Tymchuk wrote on his  Facebook Wall on the morning of November 4.

Meanwhile, personnel and equipment of Russian and terrorist forces have already been transferred to "the district of Alchevsk - Sverdlovsk - Pervomaysk".

"Russian air defence have been stationed in the area between Yenakiyevo and Makeyevka. The arrival of Z-300 complexes was observed near Shakhtarsk”, Tymchuk writes.

Rebels shelled Lugansk region 17 times in the past 24 hours

Rebels shelled inhabited settlement of Lugansk region 17 times on Monday. Three private properties were destroyed, the press-service of the governor of Lugansk region Gennady Moskal reports.

Shell strikes were carried out by "Grad" volley fire systems.

National Security Council: 3 service members wounded in the ATO area in the past 24 hours

No serviceman of the ATO was killed in the past 24 hours, a spokesman for the National Security and Defence Council Andriy Lysenko said on Tuesday.

"The situation in the east of the country is remaining tense. The increase of military presence of the Russian Army has been detected in rebel-held regions", Lysenko said.

Militants attack positions of ATO forces near Mariupol; hostilities go on

Rebels have attacked positions of ATO forces near Mariupol, Paul Gorbunov, a spokesman for "sector "M", told "Ukrayinska Pravda”.

At the same time, Andriy Lysenko, a spokesman for the National Security Council, said at a briefing "the settlements of Talakivka, Sartana and Pavlopil are shelled right now".

However, according to Chief of the ATO press-centre Vladislav Seleznev, there is information on massing a large number of heavy equipment - mainly Grad systems and cannons - in rebel-held regions.
