People have joined spontaneous rallies in some cities of Donetsk and Lugansk regions demanding payments from local rebel leaders; Sverdlovsk and Chervonopartyzanska have already decided to separate.

Additionally, the mayors of Yenakiyevo and Gorlivka, which also are experiencing a number of problems with social payments, decided to set off for Donetsk to ask for money.

Outraged Torez residents blocked a street requesting to renew payments.

Rebel forces have been moved to the settlements of Olenivka, Novotroyizke, as well as to Gorlivka and Yenakiyevo in order to finish manning "tactical forces" there, Dmitry Tymchuk reported in  Facebook with a reference to information provided by the "Information Resistance" group.

According to IR, the Debaltseve base is regularly shelled from rebel positions in the south-eastern part of Makiyivka.

The so-called "Ghost" division constantly manoeuvres "from the north to the east near the town of Stakhanov. Its gunmen move in small groups escorted by armoured vehicles, and well-disguised", he writes.

In addition to that, some mobile rocket launchers were spotted near Gorlivka (up to 3 units).

"Insurgents use in battles at least 4 tanks only in this area (5 others are in the repair), " Tymchuk says.

Tymchuk: Rebels move troops to the North and West

Rebels and Russian military have been withdrawn from Petrovsky district of Donetsk and moved to other sections of the front line. They are massed in the northern and north-western districts of the city, the head of the “Information Resistance" group, Dmytro Tymchuk, posted on his Facebook wall on November 18.

"Only a few units of "Oplot" division tasked to cover the western direction were left in Petrovsky district of Donetsk with the minimum of heavy equipment", he writes.
