Для малого і середнього бізнесу сьогодні закриті економічні ліфти у цілих галузях економіки, бо з кожним роком сфери зацікавленості олігархії збільшуються, перекриваючи кисень усім іншим.

Rebels carried out 64 attacks before an armistice was declared: 2 civilians killed, and 10 wounded

The Headquarters of the Anti-Terrorist Operation has evidence to prove the new ceasefire agreement has been violated.

"This day can show whether illegal armed formations truly aspire to cease fire in Donbas", the ATO   press centre reported on the morning of December 9.

According to the information received at 7 am on Tuesday, "gunmen made 64 attempts to attack positions of Ukrainian troops, as well as a number of settlements in the Lugansk, Donetsk, and Debaltsevo directions within the past 24 hours".

"We have also received information on casualties: 2 civilians were killed and 10 others wounded as a result of sudden artillery firing  upon inhabited settlements by armed rebels," the ATO press-centre said.

Ukraine begins importing gas from Russia

Ukraine began importing gas from Russia on Tuesday, December 9, the Ukrtransgas press-secretary, Maxim Bilyavsky, told "Ukrainska Pravda".

According to the preceding decision, the importing process was due to begin on December 11, but Naftogas redrafted then its procurement request.

684 people are held hostage by armed rebels; insurgents attempt to win officers over to their side

Rebels have been keeping 684 people as hostages, among which there are 181 service members, the head of the centre of assistance to the hostages at the Security Service of Ukraine, Yuriy Tandyd, told LIGABusinessinform.

Apart from that, Tandyd added that about 1600 citizens of Ukraine were believed to be missing in action.

Tandyt also spoke about rebels' attempts to win captive Ukrainian officers over to their side as reported by Ukrainian News.

Russia offers Germany to sort out Ukraine without third parties

Kremlin envoys offered Germany to sort out the Ukrainian crisis without any participation of third parties, but returned home with nothing, German Chargé D'affaires Gernot Erler said in an interview with the Polish newspaper Wyborcza .

"The Russians repeated that among all the EU countries, they would count only on us. They suggest that Russia and Germany have to make arrangements on Ukraine," one of the representatives of the German ruling coalition said on condition of anonymity.

"We repeated that no bilateral negotiations on the future of Ukraine are possible, and Germany would not do anything without taking counsel with other EU countries," the interviewee told the newspaper.

In addition, he spoke with irritation about the fact that Putin had promised changes regarding Russia’s failures to comply with the truce agreement inked in Minsk.

6 soldiers killed and 7 wounded in the past 24 hours in the ATO area

6 military died, and 7 others were wounded in the area of the anti-terrorist operation, a spokesman for the National Security and Defence Council, Andriy Lysenko, reported at a briefing on Tuesday.

Moskal: Militants carry out mortar and artillery attacks on Stanyza Luganska

Terrorists of the so-called PRL have fired upon territories controlled by Ukraine, Chairman of the Lugansk Regional State Administration Gennadiy Moskal said on Tuesday.

According to him, the village of Verkhnya Vilkhova, Stanychno-Lugansk district, was fired upon with Grad volley fire systems on Tuesday after midnight. 

Stanyzya Luganska was also fired upon by militants with mortars and self-propelled artillery at 6 o'clock in the morning. A number of office facilities, gas stations and a few private houses were damaged.

As you may know, an "armistice day" was declared today at 10 o'clock in the morning in the ATO area
