Yatsenyuk spoke in Germany about a method to win over Putin
Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has called on Europeans not to recede from sanctions against Russia, for, according to him, they can force Russia into peacekeeping. That is what he said in his speech this morning at the DGAP on the foreign policy situation in Ukraine and internal processes of political and economic reform.
"Our method is be united, to speak in one voice, not to recede, and make Russia observe the Minsk agreements", he said.

Rebels fired upon ATO forces eight times overnight
Insurgents carried out eight attacks on Ukrainian military in the ATO area at night, the ATO press-centre reports.
According to the report, the attacks were mainly conducted with mortars and artillery, including Grad volley fire systems.
Rebels fired upon our troops three times near the settlement of Vodyane with mortars and artillery systems. The Donetsk airport and the town of Pisky were also mortared. The burial mound Gostra was fired at with machine-guns, the press centre reports.
In addition, rebels shelled ATO positions near the settlements of Tonenke and Kamianka twice with Grad systems on Wednesday at about 19 o'clock. Firing stopped at 02.35.
Another humanitarian convoy sets off for Ukraine
The eleventh column of trucks has departed from Russia heading for the rebel-held territory of Ukrainian Donbas, BBC Russia reports with a reference to the Russian Emergency Ministry.

Tymchuk: Russia massively supplies Lugansk insurgents with antitank weapons
"Stakhanov Cossacks" and brigades under the command of Mozgovoy fighting in the territory of Lugansk region have received a great number of antitank weapons from Russia, MP Dmitry Tymchuk reports with a reference to sources of the Information Resistance Group.

According to Tymchuk, the main rebel forces are concentrated in several areas – Prymorsky district, territories to the south of Donetsk and the area between the settlements of Alchevsk and Stakhanov.
