"Although the enemy showed much greater activity before the ceasefire agreements were signed, the statistics of twenty-four-hour shelling prove once again rebels' unwillingness to cease fire, and especially to withdraw heavy artillery from the front line," the ATO press centre said.
Moskal: Chornukhine under PRL control
The government-controlled territory of Lugansk region has lost one settlement - the village of Chornukhine, Popasna region - as a result of ongoing hostilities.
The Ukrainian Army was forced to abandon the village. Straight after this, gunmen of the so-called PRL entered into the settlement, the website of Head of the Lugansk Regional State Administration Gennady Moskal announced.
Rebels announce an exchange of captives
A prisoner swap with the Ukrainian part is due to take place on Saturday, February 21, as reported by "Interfax" with a reference to a PRD leadership representative, Daryna Morozova.
"The exchange of captives is to be carried out on Saturday, but in accordance with lists instead of "all for all", she said.
As reported earlier, both rebels and Ukraine assumed responsibility to exchange "all for all" captives according to the agreements inked in Minsk.

The General Staff has confirm that 110 servicemen of the Debaltseve garrison are held in rebels' captivity, an acting spokesman for the General Staff, Vladislav Selezniov, announced at a briefing in Kyiv on Friday.
"Yesterday, the General Staff spoke about 90. Now, we have more specific information, which is 110 soldiers", Selezniov said.
