A CRM system for registering homeless people will soon be launched in Ukraine. It is launched by the charity flea market "Courage" and the project to help the homeless Suka_zhizn.
What is the purpose of the project?
According to official data, there are almost 2,000 homeless people in Kyiv, and according to unofficial data, almost 50,000. The system will help to form a single database on homeless people in Kyiv and later in Ukraine.
Thanks to the system:
• Form a single database on homeless people in Ukraine;
• Establish cooperation between local authorities and organizations that help the homeless;
• Will help return homeless people to normal life.
The pilot launch of the system will take place in Kyiv, then in the whole of Ukraine. It is planned to complete the preparatory work on the setup and branding in late May, and then - to present the system, in particular, to local authorities.
How will it work?
Every homeless person in the system will have a card. The card will describe how and why the person got on the street, how long on the street and what help they received.
In order not to duplicate the homeless in the system, they plan to use a neuro-identification system for photos.
Each homeless person will receive a card or bracelet for quick identification. If the card or bracelet is lost, a neuro-identification system will help.
They spent UAH 131,000 on the launch: they purchased a CRM license with integration, design, payment for specialists' work and cash operations. These are funds from the joint treasury of "Courage" and Suka_Zhizn.
