Головним інструментом нинішніх олігархів є безправний люмпен, який живе на подачках від держави, на грані фізичного виживання. Ось чому значна частина пенсіонерів є найкращим їх електоратом, який і допомагає часто приводити до влади їх ставлеників. Для малого і середнього бізнесу сьогодні закриті економічні ліфти у цілих галузях економіки, бо з кожним роком сфери зацікавленості олігархії збільшуються, перекриваючи кисень усім іншим.

The Chairman of the Council of Ukrainian Association of Retired Persons addressed the police department of Podil district on the 26^th of January 2012 with a statement that the unknown changed the locks at the office door of the organization. The task force of the district directorate arrived immediately on the place of the incident.

It was ascertained that the stated organization was renting the premises from the balance holder. There was a misunderstanding between tenant and balance holder on the basis of lease terms in 2011.

As it was found the case is currently trying in the District Commercial Court.

No disruption of civil order was fixed. According to the applicant’s information, the investigative check is conducted. The procedural decision will be taken further.

The Department of Public Relations reports that the Metropolitan Police favours the resolution of all disputes exclusively under the current legislation. However the police are ready to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens and prevent the disruption of public order within its jurisdiction.
