Dzobak Volodymyr Dzobak Volodymyr

Experts explain: the government is scared people by another increasing of the retirement age. Therefore Ukrainians are trying to protect themselves. Under the new law from the first of October of this year, the retirement age for women is gradually increasing to sixty years. Now six months added. If a woman agrees to go on a well deserved rest later - for each month of work after 55 years the state will give a half percent to the amount of pension. Wants to go at 55 - per month crude it will be taken away by one percent.

Volodymyr Dziobak, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Retired Persons: "Women are now trying to retire for fear of further increase of the retirement age over the next few years. And I can say that such steps to increase the retirement age are discussed in government circles. Majority of European countries shall take measures aimed at increasing the retirement age - there the average age for women starts from 66 years. Therefore our government wants to “catch up” this European trend."
