Parliament has voted for a partial mobilization
The Verkhovna Rada adopted legislation 4320a on Tuesday, July 22, which ratified the presidential decree "On partial mobilization". 232 MPs voted for this decree.
A partial mobilization will allow us to alert additional 15 combat troops and 44 departments of military provision, said Andriy Parubiy. Solutions to all army problems have not been found yet, but we have established a systematic provision. The Ukrainian army keeps receiving bulletproof vests and other means for conducting hostilities.
Ukraine may establish the national reserve army, says Parubiy
National Security and Defense Council Secretary Andriy Parubiy said that the reserve army may soon be organised in Ukraine. He has already brought in a bill on Maidan's initiative, in which Estonia's, Lithuania's and Switzerland's practices were adopted. It will be put to the vote at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the short run.
Now, the National Security Council conducts an examination of the defence sector and is engaged in a systemic reform of the security services including the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the army. Reservists and volunteers' participation in defending their country will be an important component of this reform, he stated.
Separatists of PRD have handed over "black boxes" of the MH17 flight to Malaysia
Pro-Russian separatists of so-called "People's Republic of Donetsk" handed over "black boxes" of the crushed Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777, UNN reports with reference to BBC.Handing of the airborne recorders took place after midnight in front of journalists.

Among them: 154 Dutch citizen, 27 Australians, 23 Malasians, 11 Indonesians, six Britons, four citizens of Germany and 4 from Belgium, three Philippines and one Canadian.

A march of Ukrainian unity will be held in Lviv; Participant will be wearing national embroidered shirts
A march of Ukrainian unity is to be staged before a football match between the two top Ukrainian clubs FC Dynamo Kyiv and FC Shakhtar Donetsk on Thursday, July 22. Football fans of Shakhtar, Dynamo and The Carpathians are expected to take part in a walk from the city centre to the Arena stadium. All people interested are invited to join the march once again to demonstrate our unity to the world.
Participants will sing the anthem of Ukraine before starting their walk at 18:00.
The organizers and participants would like to showcase that there is no division between the East and the West, and there won't be any in the future.
Press Centre: ATO forces have moved into Dzerzhinsk, Rubizhne and Soledar
ATO troops entered three cities of Donetsk region - Dzerzhinsk, Rubizhne and Soledar, ATO press center reports.
According to the report, the national flag of Ukraine was hoisted in Dzerzhinsk on the top of the building of local public administration.
The statement reads: Ukrainian troops are localizing and destroying the remnants of terrorist gangs in the freed cities. As a result of quick and uncompromising actions carried out by our armed forces, a large number of militants, as well as weapons and ammunition made in Russia have been captured.
The area of the city is been cleaned up from the presence of explosive substances, weapons and mines now.
Meanwhile, a column of about 30 tanks was seen moving near the Russian-Ukrainian border, and a significant number of armoured vehicles was spotted close to a town called Novoshakhtynsk, Rostov region, according to some sources.
The Verkhovna Rada has disbanded the communist faction in the parliament
Today, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted some technical amendments to parliamentary rules, which would allow to disband the Communist Party faction. 232 MPs voted for the proposed bill.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Turchynov ordered a special committee to consider MPs' proposal to disband the Communist Party. MPs accused the Communist Party in their complicity in separatist movements; the CPU has denied such accusations.
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has brought in an action against the Communist Party for its calls for changing the borders and threatening the territorial integrity of Ukraine. The court of Kiev will begin hearings of the case on July 24.
