Головним інструментом нинішніх олігархів є безправний люмпен, який живе на подачках від держави, на грані фізичного виживання. Ось чому значна частина пенсіонерів є найкращим їх електоратом, який і допомагає часто приводити до влади їх ставлеників. Для малого і середнього бізнесу сьогодні закриті економічні ліфти у цілих галузях економіки, бо з кожним роком сфери зацікавленості олігархії збільшуються, перекриваючи кисень усім іншим.

How to stay young? It is so simple!

How not to get old, how to preserve youth? I think each of you has been asking these questions. You can hardly find someone, who would not like to look and feel himself younger. First of all it concerns women. In order to stay young, we need not only keep to a healthy life style and keep our body fit, also our brain needs training.

Be honest, when was the last time you tried something new, something completely unusual? Have you fallen in a daily rut? Do you know that by supporting appropriate level of cognitive brain function it‘s possible to preserve its activity and avoid old age degradation? Neurologists have found out that working organ preserves its functions longer. Daily mental activity, hobbies, mastering new skills can keep our brain healthy.

So, if you want to keep your brain young, keep it active. And this activity should be pleasant! New positive experience and problems solving stimulate production of "dopamine". High levels of dopamine influence activity, speed of reaction, motivation, ability to study and feeling of pleasure, low levels of this substance cause worsening of memory, intellectual functions and attention.

A woman should stimulate her brain by learning new things, experiencing new feelings, especially after 50 years. This will make her life not only more interesting and save her from boredom, it will help her to preserve youth. Mental and physical health of a woman depends on this. You should do things, which raise yourself respect, bring you feelings of joy and make your life easier.

Here are some things that can inspire you:

• Begin to write stories, poetry, record your memories;

• Join some community, club or group in social network service, renew old friendship and find new friends, communicate with them;

• Find new hobbies begin to draw, knit, take pictures, paint dishes, learn how to play tennis etc.;

• Begin your own business (sell things you have made, for example);

• Learn foreign language;

• Adopt a pet, engage yourself with its training;

• Take a trip, at least one day...

This list can be endless, it all depends on your interests, skills and the dream, that has been always postponing "for later". Strive to your dream, reach new heights; it will help you to see the world around us with fresh eyes. And all this will keep your brain young much longer.
